The Chemistry Zen board line is perfect for those looking for a forward-volume board to get in early on heavy, hollow surf. The Zen 4 has a step-up feel, and its forward volume helps to give it more paddle power when you need it most. With its twin fin setup, the 4-channel bottom helps it hold a line in tubes. This board carves well on the face and doesn’t have that “wash out” feeling at the end of turns. The double wing pin tail of this model makes it stable in waves that are bigger and hollow and offers up the ability to pull some tight arc turns with ease. The Zen 4 was made to be ridden in bigger waves, but it also does well in smaller waves. – we’d say this board is most surfed in waves  2ft – 8 ft range.
